Charleigh is a little dog with a big personality. All of the pictures of her on the Little Black Dog Rescue website show her smiling. But life hasn’t been kind to the pup. Charleigh is paralyzed after she being the victim of a hit and run. She has worked hard over the past few months recovering from her injuries and trying to regain her mobility. Now she has one more hurdle to jump.
