
Charlie and Tanya Diable have a special place in their hearts for dogs who have been hurt by society. Their family consists of 5 disabled pups. But it wasn’t until they adopted two double amputee dogs named Joey and Boone, that they knew they had to make life better for handicapped dogs in need.
