Charlie and Tanya Diable have a special place in their hearts for dogs who have been hurt by society. Their family consists of 5 disabled pups. But it wasn’t until they adopted two double amputee dogs named Joey and Boone, that they knew they had to make life better for handicapped dogs in need.

The couple are the founders of Joey’s P.A.W. (Prosthetics and Wheels). The nonprofit organization outfits disabled canines with custom prosthetic limbs and new dog wheelchairs.    [Read more…]
